Delete your account

You can delete your Grillsons account, and the information that comes with it, at any time — from the Grillsons app or from this website. This page explains how, and what happens.

Delete it yourself

1. Open the Grillsons app (or grillsons.com) and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Account details.
3. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account permanently.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in: email address, password and Google link.
• Your saved addresses and map pin.
• Your loyalty points and referral code.
• Your birthday, if you gave it.
• App notifications on the phones you signed in with.

What we keep

Your past orders — what was ordered, the delivery address, name and phone number on them, and the amount paid — stay in our records for as long as we need them for our accounts. They are no longer linked to an account.

Delete some data, keep your account

• Your birthday: Account → Account details → clear Birthday → Save changes.
• App notifications: turn them off in Account → Notifications, or in your phone’s settings.
• Anything else (a saved address, an order note…): message us on WhatsApp from the number you order with and tell us what to delete. We’ll confirm when it’s done.

No account, or can’t sign in?

Message us on WhatsApp from the number you order with, and we will delete what we hold about you in the same way.
