Delivery windows

Choose a delivery day and an open window in the checkout calendar. Order before 6 PM Beirut time for any open window the next day; after 6 PM, the next day’s windows start at 6 PM or later. Weekend rules and closed dates are shown in the calendar, and full windows can’t be booked.

On the day

Keep your phone on — the rider will call before arriving. A landmark (“opposite the pharmacy”) and the map pin at checkout help the rider find you first time.

Paying

Pay the rider in cash, in US dollars or Lebanese pounds. The rider carries change.
