Wagyu

Wagyu beef in Lebanon, cut to order at our Beirut butcher: ribeye and tenderloin, with marbling graded by MB score, from MB4–5 to MB6–7. The fat runs through the meat and melts as it cooks, which is what gives wagyu its rich flavour and tender bite.

More about this section

Where a cut comes in more than one marbling grade, or both chilled and frozen, you choose on the product page along with the size. Wagyu likes small steaks, very hot coals, a fast cook and thin slices: a little goes a long way. Every piece is weighed and billed on its real weight, vacuum-sealed and delivered cold to Beirut, Baabda, Metn, Keserwan and Byblos; delivery fees are shown at checkout. Order before 6 PM for delivery the next day; later or weekend orders get the next open window shown at checkout.
